Payment Policy

Payment for any service must be paid for upfront before the service is provided. 

24 hours advance notice must be given if you must cancel your scheduled service. This allows Meghan to try to fill schedule openings. You must reschedule your service within 4 weeks of the original scheduled service to utilize a make-up service otherwise the service and money paid upfront is non-refundable.

On rare occasions due to inclement weather or illness, cancellations may be initated by Meghan or client. These services will be either refunded or rescheduled. If it is a scheduled cancellation known in advance (ex. Meghan has a wedding to attend), scheduling adjustments will be made prior. 

Travel fees may apply to off-site clients. Meghan will notify you if this pertains to you. 

Haul-in clients are welcome at Indigo Trails Farm in Verona with current Coggins.
